Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experience Creative Strategist to join our dynamic team. You’ll work alongside our in-house team, including, designers, videographers, influencer managers and media buyers.
We’re looking for a bold, imaginative, and strategicCreative Strategistto drive the creative direction across multiple performance-driven accounts. You’ll lead the creative vision for multiple e-com brands, from concept to execution, while working closely with the Creative Director.
You’ll be thestrategic driver behind every piece of content: building messaging systems, crafting compelling ad narratives, and mentoring creative producers to push performance boundaries. This role is about marrying data with storytelling, creative instinct with consumer insight — and doing so with clarity, confidence, and collaborative energy.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis for e-commerce clients
Brief in ad concepts for all creatives
Come up with attention-grabbing headlines, hooks and meta copy
Provide feedback on other briefs and design
Track and compile performance metrics for paid advertising campaigns
Iterate on winning concepts
Requirements:
2+ years paid ads experience (preferably at an agency)
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points if you Have:
Agency experience
AI experience
Network of high-quality UGC creators or affiliates
Experience with Tik Tok Shop or short-form video content
