1. Take full responsibility of business development to build healthy products sales channels ald network for AlphaESS in South Africa, and maintain good relationship with the channel partners.
2. Design an excellent customer service system, build a strong service team accordingly in different stage to execute the service plans, always review and improve service programs to build AlphaESS an outstanding installer customer satisification in the South Africa market, reaching the BU GM service target.
2. Regularly provide most updated market intelligence in form of reports/proposals, assisting the BU GM to work with headquarter accordingly to always review strategies or make new strategies to main AlphaESS’s competitiveness in the South Africa market.
3. Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets assigned by the BU GM and be responsible for all sales orders account receivable.
4. Be the AlphaESS brand ambassador in South Africa and reflect company values at all times.
5. Design an excellent marketing scheme and build a team locally to execute its plans and activities together with the HQ marketing team, making sure the branding power grows fast and strong in the South Africa market.
6. Proactively develop new business opportunities and directions and provide proposals to BU GM to evaluate.
7. Always follow the corporate/HQ regulations and work-flows in during working, and provide full concentration in the position.
8. Provide strong assistance to the BU GM in other works to achieve business goals assigned by headquarter.
