Our Client, a Global Consumer Goods Manufacturer with leading Brands across the world is sourcing a Country Head -Customer Service Supply Chain to support the success of the Global Customer Experience programs and maintain Key Country KPI’S -Service , Cash and Cost .
Define and Deliver Industry benchmark Customer experience for Target customers
Primary Supply Chain contact point for ,Strategic Business Units ,Manufacturing, Regional and Global Supply Chain teams and Country Corporate Functions
Accountability of Country Cluster Supply Chain Team
Solid Line reporting of Customer Service/ Service Strategy and S&OE and dotted line reporting of Country Supply Planning and Logistics
Accountable for Country/ Cluster SC metrics ensuring balance between service, cash and cost metrics
Increased Service Value for Target Customers and reduce cost of serving Transactional Customer while staying ahead of competitors
To understand Customer Journey Plan in collaboration with Sales Team and ensure Service Plan remains valuable throughout the customer journey
Ensure integration of Supply Chain Interfaces, dashboards and KPI tracking tools with that of Target Customers
Bring together and support local Supply Chain Regional teams when needed as a senior SC leader in Country/ Cluster
Ensure a cohesive Supply Chain Operation within Country guiding and mentoring Country Supply Chain Team
Degree essential and non negotiable
MBA Preferred
12-15 + years Experience
Experience in shaping Supply Chain / Customer Experience
Supply Chain experience essential
Customer requirement understanding and translation to business requirements
Strong Stakeholder experience and ability to navigate a complex Matrix reporting System
Experience with SAP and Business Intelligence
MS-Office
