Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Countertop Fabricator/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw building materials into beautiful, high-quality countertops and expertly installing them in residential and commercial spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of materials, tools, and technical drawings, ensuring each project meets precise specifications and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Measure and interpret layouts and technical drawings to accurately fabricate countertops according to project specifications.
- Cut, shape, and assemble building materials such as stone, quartz, granite, laminate, or solid surface materials using hand tools and power tools.
- Install fabricated countertops securely on-site, ensuring proper alignment, levelness, and finish quality.
- Follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with coworkers to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
- Perform quality inspections throughout fabrication and installation processes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, properly handling tools and materials to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in countertop fabrication or related construction fields such as tile masonry, carpentry, or remodeling.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and construction equipment such as scaffolding or ladders.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work safely on construction sites while adhering to all safety regulations related to construction inspection and site protocols.
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
