Counter Salesperson with paint and retail experience
POSITION INFO:
The Counter Salesperson is responsible for assisting customers with paint and related product sales while delivering excellent customer service within a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on providing product advice, processing sales transactions, handling customer queries, and supporting daily retail sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice on paint products and colour selection
- Process sales transactions and ensure correct invoicing
- Assist customers with paint and related product sales
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Omni System – advantageous
- Sales experience in a paint or retail environment (advantageous)
