We are seeking knowledgeable Salesman to join our counter sales team. Candidate must be a motivated and have excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications and or Experience:
· Grade 12
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a counter sales environment within the automotive industry (Non-Negotiable).
· Diesel Spares knowledge would be highly advantageous.
· Customer Care and or Mechanical diploma / degree would be an advantage.
· Full understanding of automotive components within the SA market is essential.
· Knowledge aftermarket parts, and OE parts.
· Excellent telephone etiquette.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Computer literate.
· Own transport & valid driver’s license.
Job purpose:
· To assist walk-in and call-in customers with automotive part inquiries and provide an outstanding level of service relating to all parts being sold over the counter.
· The Salesman will assist the customer in understanding the products and thus provide accurate parts to fit the needs of the customers.
· Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
· Generating sales and achieve customer satisfaction levels.
Salary, Benefits: Dependent on experience. 15 – 25k Basic plus Comms, first class employee benefits including Provident fund, Medical Aid, life and disability cover.
Working hours: Working Hours: Monday – Friday (07:30 to 17:00)
Area: Riverhorse Valley Business Estate.
