The company employs a diverse workforce with a strong skill set in engineering. We are currently seeking a Costing Engineer to join our team and support our project and production cost management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects based on specifications, drawings, and data.
Analyze material, labour, and overhead costs to determine project budgets and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to gather relevant cost data.
Monitor cost trends and provide regular reports to management for informed decision-making.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety standards.
Maintain and update cost databases and documentation to ensure accuracy.
Support tendering and bidding processes with detailed costing analysis.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
A tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Experience in engineering field either HVAC / ventilation / fans or applications is advantageous

Your standard working hours will 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 to 16:00 on Fridays—with the option to leave at 15:00 if work is completed
