- BSc Construction Management (or a directly relevant degree).
- Alternatives considered: Engineering Degree, Engineering Diploma, BSc Quantity Surveying, or PMP Certification.
- MBA
- Law Degree
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager.
- Detailed costing and estimating within steel fabrication and construction.
- Experience in a mining environment — highly advantageous.
- Strong, practical knowledge of Contracts Management.
- Experience with FIDIC and NEC3 contracts.
- Strong commercial, contractual and cost-management skills.
- Bilingual with good communication skills.
- Able to pass an Occupational Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Clear criminal record.
- Professional, analytical and detail-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and contract administration skills.
