Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory control, stock valuation, reconciliations, and reporting
- Develop and maintain accurate product costing models and margin analysis
- Drive stock optimisation, stock turns, and working capital efficiency
- Align procurement planning with production requirements and demand forecasting
- Strengthen costing, stock, and operational processes within Business Central
- Support import-driven procurement initiatives through forecasting and planning
- Partner with procurement, production, and management teams operationally
- Assist with the commissioning and operational readiness of the new manufacturing facility
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom / Finance / Cost & Management Accounting qualification advantageous
- CIMA / SAIPA / SAICA advantageous
- Proven experience within Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, or Procurement Finance
- Strong understanding of stock control, demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain processes
- Manufacturing or industrial industry exposure highly advantageous
- ERP systems experience essential
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central advantageous
- Strong analytical ability with a systems-driven and commercially minded approach
- Ability to operate in a hands-on, fast-paced, high-growth environment
