Job Description
Our department is in search of a Corporate DC Team Leader to join the Corporate DC Team. The incumbent will act in a departmental leadership role and will report to the Online DC Manager.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to align with the company vision, be self-motivated and actively involved in overseeing the end-to-end processes in the applicable area of responsibility. Key Responsibilities
Corporate DC departmental leadership
Coordinate with H/O Corporate department, DC team, online and stores.
Manage relationships with service providers and all stakeholders.
Track progress, manage expectations and ensure stakeholders’ requirements are delivered.
Act speedily to resolve problems, queries, and complaints.
Process optimisation, continuous improvements, implementation and monitoring
Ensure compliance to company policies and Corporate Sales business processes.
Ensure that orders are accurately and timeously captured on relevant platform/system.
Stock management and control of the stock consolidations process from suppliers, DC and stores.
Plan and co-ordinate accurate Picking, packing, and shipping on time, all orders from corporate sales and online.
Ongoing training and developing of the team members.
Act in an ethical, transparent and moral manner
Responsible for accurate monthly performance reports
Administration
Requirements
Grade 12
Retail and planning/logistics experience would be advantageous.
Skills And Competencies Required
Good writing and communication skills.
Analytics.
Leadership and management skills.
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision while maintaining accuracy and focus.
Teamwork, self-management, and alignment with group values.
