Ladles of Love is looking for a dynamic Corporate Partnerships Manager to join the Ladles of Love team in JHB.
The Corporate Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with corporate partners to generate financial support and strategic value for the organization. This role will focus on securing sponsorships, grants, CSI donations, employee giving programs, affinity programs, aligning corporate social responsibility goals with the mission of Ladles of Love.
The successful candidate must be a go-getter, self-motivated, super-connected in the corporate world, well networked and have a minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in Corporate Sales. They should be passionate about making a difference and see huge value in raising funds for corporate social investment, social economic development programmes and sponsorships.
Key responsibilities:
Implement a corporate fundraising strategy that supports the organization’s short-and long-term goals.
Identify and research prospective corporate donors and sponsorship opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners.
Meet and Present to corporate clients.
Negotiate sponsorship packages and partnership agreements in line with organizational priorities.
Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand alignment and visibility for corporate sponsors.
Track and report on KPIs, donor pipelines, and income forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Collaborate internally across programs, events, and finance to ensure funding is effectively implemented and reported.
Stay up to date with trends in CSR, ESG, and corporate philanthropy to inform partnership strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in corporate fundraising, sales, business development, or partnership management.
Proven track record of corporate sales, donations or grants.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of CSR trends and nonprofit sector best practices.
Candidate must have own transport, smart phone and laptop.
