We are seeking an experienced copywriter to join our webinar marketing funnel team. The ideal candidate has excellent direct-response copywriting skills, extensive Meta advertising experience, and the ability to turn audience research and campaign insights into high-performing ad scripts, hooks, and creative concepts.
Responsibilities
- Research target audiences, competitors, industry trends, customer pain points, and market opportunities
- Write compelling video ad scripts and advertising copy for Meta campaigns
- Create unique hooks, angles, offers, and creative concepts for different audience segments
- Review advertising account performance to understand what is and is not working
- Use campaign insights to develop new strategies and expand on winning creative concepts
- Produce new variations of successful hooks, scripts, and advertisements
- Collaborate with media buyers, video editors, marketers, and sales teams
- Understand the full customer journey, including advertisements, webinar registrations, attendance, appointments, and sales
- Stay current with direct-response copywriting practices, Meta advertising trends, and competitor strategies
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of Meta ad copywriting experience
- 5+ years of copywriting experience for North American markets
- 2+ years of experience working with ad accounts spending at least $100,000 USD per month
- 1+ year of webinar funnel copywriting experience
- Strong understanding of marketing, sales processes, customer psychology, and sales funnels
- Proven ability to write high-performing hooks, video scripts, and Meta ad copy
- Ability to analyze campaign results and use performance insights to improve copy
- A portfolio featuring relevant direct-response advertising or webinar funnel work
Plusses
- Experience working in the real estate or mortgage industries
- Experience using Slack and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with media buyers, video editors, marketers, and sales teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven marketing environment
