We're looking for a Copywriter who combines strategic thinking, outstanding writing skills and AI-powered workflows to create compelling campaign messaging at scale.
In this role, you'll develop campaign concepts, headlines, claims and messaging systems that work seamlessly across digital, social, retail, CRM, commerce and in-store experiences. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary creative teams to ensure every message is distinctive, adaptable and consistent across markets, channels and customer journeys.

What you'll do
- Develop campaign concepts, messaging platforms, headlines and copy that bring creative ideas to life.
- Create scalable messaging systems that work across multiple channels, formats and customer touchpoints.
- Use AI tools to explore creative territories, generate copy variations, refine messaging and accelerate concept development.
- Build modular copy structures that can easily adapt to different audiences, markets, products and promotional campaigns.
- Write copy for social media, digital campaigns, CRM, e-commerce, retail media, landing pages, in-store communication and point-of-sale materials.
- Define tone of voice, messaging principles and copy frameworks that ensure consistency across all outputs.
- Work closely with Art Directors to develop integrated campaign ideas where words and visuals work hand in hand.
- Collaborate with Experience Designers and UX teams to translate messaging into scalable design systems and templates.
- Support localization by creating copy structures that can easily be adapted across multiple languages and markets.
- Review creative work to ensure clarity, consistency, brand alignment and shopper relevance throughout production.
What we're looking for
- Several years of experience as a Copywriter within an agency or in-house creative environment.
- Excellent conceptual thinking and strong campaign development skills.
- Outstanding writing ability with a sharp eye for tone, storytelling and brand communication.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for ideation, copy generation, refinement and creative exploration.
- Strong understanding of retail, commerce and customer-focused communication.
- Experience creating messaging systems that work across multiple formats, channels and audiences.
- Understanding of localization, modular copy structures and scalable content production.
- Ability to collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, UX specialists, Strategists, SEO specialists and Production teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality creative execution.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative and technology-driven creative environments.
