Purpose Statement
To effectively and efficiently bringing together multiple functional, departmental or project elements for the effective running of routines and delivery of initiatives, projects and activities for a defined area of the business.
Education (Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Education (Ideal Or Preferred)
Knowledge and Experience
Experience
2-3yrs experience providing efficient and effective support, coordination and administration experience in a fast moving environment.
Planning, organising and multi- tasking to deliver and achieve results.
Stakeholder liaison and management.
Using initiative, judgement and foresight to enable multiple
Knowledge
Coordination and administration practices and tools such as systems, planning, organising, scheduling, stakeholder management in a business, financial environment.
Compiling and generating reports and metrics
General principles of business and management
Internal and external communication methods and practices
Stakeholder and relationship building and management
Skills
Attention to Detail
Communications Skills
Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
