We’re looking for a passionate and reliable chef to join our growing kitchen team. If you have experience in a professional kitchen and enjoy producing consistently great food, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen.
Experience preparing pasta dishes and gourmet burgers (essential).
Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
High standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organisation.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
Willing to learn new recipes, systems, and techniques.
Available to work weekends and public holidays.
Plant-Based Kitchen
You do not need to be vegan to apply. However, you must be respectful of our plant-based kitchen, our food, and our customers. A willingness to learn our recipes, techniques, and standards is essential.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and specification.
Maintain consistency and quality in every dish served.
Complete daily preparation and mise en place.
Keep your workstation clean, organised, and food-safe.
Assist with stock control and minimising food waste.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
