A well-established law firm is urgently recruiting a dynamic, resourceful, and solution-oriented Conveyancer to join their team in Tygervalley, Cape Town.
The successful candidate should be able to work comfortably under pressure, meet targets in a fast-paced environment, and deliver high-quality work.
Minimum Requirements:
LLB degree
Minimum 1 year experience as an admitted attorney
Admitted Conveyancer with at least 1 year of experience
Willing to travel as needed
Responsibilities:
Meeting clients to sign documents and ensuring FICA compliance
Building good relationships with Secretaries and Transfer Secretaries
Attending to appointments and client queries promptly
Keeping Directors informed of case progress
Generating leads and building a client base
Developing relationships with potential clients
Applying problem-solving, communication, and client service skills
Being driven and results-oriented
Understanding internal and external processes
