Are you detail-oriented, vigilant, and passionate about security? We’re looking for a Control Room Operator to join our team! If you have a keen eye for surveillance, quick decision-making skills, and the ability to handle security incidents effectively, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conducting live surveillance via CCTV to detect security threats.
Analysing recorded footage for investigations and incident resolution.
Reporting and escalating security breaches or suspicious activities.
Coordinating with security teams, management, and emergency responders.
Operating and maintaining surveillance equipment and security technology.
Keeping accurate logs and reports of incidents and daily activities.
Minimum Requirements:-
PSiRA Registration (mandatory)
Grade 12 (Matric)
Experience in control room operations, CCTV monitoring, and incident investigation.
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with security software.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Additional Information:
Shift work required (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
Own transport is advantageous due to shift schedules.
