Job Description
Execution of the C&I scope on EPC and EPCM projects.
Work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Adhere to the project schedule and allocated budget.
Liaise with other engineering disciplines and support departments to ensure alignment.
Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure alignment.
Develop communication design for control systems and data networks.
Develop the control system design for the project, including control narratives and supporting documents for control and shutdown systems
Requirements
The candidate must possess a BSc /
B.Eng. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and be registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
The candidate must have experience in:
At least 6 years of specific C&I design experience, with a minimum of 4 years in the Oil & Gas environment.
Knowledge of and understanding of SABS / IEC standards.
Required Skills
Good communication skills
Strong client liaison skills
Design experience in:
Smartplant instrumentation
Wiring and loop design
Selection of instrument technologies
Requirements
