Position: Contracts Manager (Construction)

Introduction
Well established company in the construction industry seeks a good communicator with minimum 3 to 5 years in a Contracts Management or Site Supervision role within the construction industry
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate teams to ensure productivity and timely project completion
- Conduct quality inspections, AMT’s, testing and soil resistivity surveys
- Supervise large on-site projects including out of town work when required
- Oversee stock, vehicles and tools to ensure strict control and accountability
- Manage all site documentation
- Attend site meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Enforce compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
- All admin functions relating to contracts, materials,vehicle logs and staff procuctivity
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric or equivalent- technical or construction qualification advantageous
- Minimum 3 to 5 years exp in Contracts management / site supervision role in construction or lightning protection environment
- Health and safety regulations and compliance lnowledge
- Strong leadership and planning ability
- Proficient in MS Office and site documentation
- Contracts Management or Site Supervision role within the construction or lightning protection industry
- Must have valid drivers licence
Package & Remuneration
R 25 000 to R 30000 depending on experience
