About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively sourcing, attracting, and engaging high-quality talent across various disciplines while supporting end-to-end recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer stage.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and market trends.
- Produce recruitment activity reports and maintain recruitment metrics.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment legislation.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates for technical, professional, and operational roles.
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search experience.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Experience
- Agency recruitment or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience.
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries.
- Knowledge of labour legislation and recruitment best practices.

Salary: Approximately R35,000 per month
