About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Contract Engineer to oversee engineering projects from contract award through to completion. The Contract Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed in line with contractual obligations, specifications, quality standards, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of engineering contracts, including contract review, negotiation, and compliance.
Oversee project milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
Provide guidance on contractual issues to the project team.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Monitor risks, claims, and change management procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) registration.
Proven experience in contract management in the engineering or construction sector.
Strong understanding of contract law, FIDIC, NEC, or JBCC contracts is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
