About the Role
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you’ll dig into data, challenge the status quo, and lead meaningful change. You’ll investigate, analyze, and enhance business and operational processes that improve customer service, reduce costs, and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Drive process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights
Document, update, and monitor business processes and compliance
Conduct root cause analysis and deliver innovative, actionable solutions
Define business requirements and support the development of functional/non-functional specs
Facilitate project activities, including risk assessments and reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels and departments
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years in business analysis or continuous improvement roles
Strong understanding of contact centre operations and performance metrics
Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (White/Yellow Belt or above)
Skilled in process mapping, data analysis, and redesign
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, innovative, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
