Role Description

We are looking for a thoughtful and strategic Content Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our content team and help shape the quality and direction of our client work.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands both creativity and strategy, and who can guide a team in producing clear, purposeful, high-quality content for complex B2B industries.

The Content Team Lead will oversee content planning, editing, quality control, project coordination, and team management while collaborating closely with leadership and clients to ensure work aligns with strategic goals and brand positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the content team across multiple client projects
  • Review and edit content to ensure clarity, quality, and consistency
  • Oversee content calendars, workflows, and project timelines
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, and leadership on campaigns and messaging
  • Translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging content
  • Support thought leadership and long-form B2B content creation
  • Maintain high creative and editorial standards across all deliverables
  • Help mentor and develop junior creatives and writers
  • Contribute to internal creative strategy and process improvements
  • Qualifications

    • Strong experience in content marketing, editorial, or B2B content strategy
    • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
    • Experience leading or managing creative teams
    • Strong organisational and project management abilities
    • Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail
    • Comfortable working across industries such as tech, finance, consulting, and advisory
    • Deep understanding of storytelling, messaging, and audience psychology
    • Emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and proactive
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field preferred but not required
