We’re partnering with an innovative UK-based facilities management business that is bringing its podcast production completely in-house. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Content Producer who thrives on ownership, enjoys working with senior business leaders, and is passionate about creating engaging long-form content.
As the owner of the company’s flagship podcast, you’ll manage the entire production process—from guest sourcing and recording through publishing and performance reporting. You’ll work with AI-powered production tools, manage a freelance editor, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure every episode is delivered on time, on brand, and to a consistently high standard.

About The Role
This is a hands-on role for an experienced Content Producer who can independently manage every stage of podcast production.
You’ll own the production calendar, coordinate guests, oversee recordings, manage external editing resources, publish content across platforms, and work alongside the marketing team to maximise each episode’s reach.
This is an AI-augmented production role where modern content creation tools form part of your daily workflow. The successful candidate should already be comfortable leveraging AI to improve speed, consistency, and production quality.
Responsibilities – What you’ll be doing
- Own the podcast production process from planning through publication.
- Source, engage and book high-quality podcast guests.
- Manage guest communications, scheduling and briefing packs.
- Maintain the recording calendar and coordinate all stakeholders.
- Lead and facilitate remote recording sessions.
- Ensure recording quality and manage technical aspects of each session.
- Plan and maintain a forward-looking content calendar aligned with marketing priorities.
- Brief, manage and review work completed by the freelance video editor.
- Review edits and approve final episode quality before publishing.
- Upload and schedule podcast episodes across hosting platforms.
- Write compelling episode titles, descriptions and show notes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create short-form content and promotional assets.
- Monitor podcast performance including downloads, engagement and audience growth.
- Produce regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all podcast assets consistently reflect the company’s brand and quality standards.
Requirements – What we’re looking for

- Proven experience producing a podcast, video series or recurring content show from start to finish.
- Demonstrated experience managing the complete production lifecycle independently.
- Daily experience using AI tools within a content production workflow.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
- Experience managing recording sessions and remote podcast technology.
- Excellent copywriting skills for show notes, titles and content planning.
- Ability to review, refine and elevate AI-generated content.
- Experience briefing and managing freelance editors or creative suppliers.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Professional communication skills with senior stakeholders and external guests.
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience producing B2B or professional services content.
- Background within facilities management, property or related industries.
- Basic video editing skills for minor edits and short-form content.
- Experience with podcast hosting platforms.
- Familiarity with YouTube publishing workflows.
- Experience using social media scheduling tools.
Work Schedule
As the client is UK-based, you will be required to work with UK business hours.
- Monday – Friday
- 09:00 – 17:00 GMT
- 10:00 – 18:00 South Africa Standard Time (SAST)
Pay & Benefits – What we offer
- ZAR 240,000 to 300,000 per annum
- One-month paid trial period before long-term engagement.
