ROLE DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Content Creator to join our in-house marketing team on a part-time remote basis (4 hours per day). This role is hands-on across the full content process, from filming and content creation to editing and publishing.
Responsibilities include creating engaging visual and written content for digital platforms, managing social media engagement, researching trends, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across channels. Strong editing skills, quick turnaround times, and the ability to create platform-ready content are essential.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Film and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Create content for campaigns, launches, events and day-to-day brand moments
• Contribute to content planning and creative ideation
• Stay on top of trends and platform updates
• Work with the marketing team to execute content calendars
• Compile weekly content and performance reports
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• At least 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media or a related field
• A portfolio or active social presence that shows your work
• Strong grasp of TikTok, Instagram and short-form content
• Fast editor, able to turn around quality content quickly
• Able to film and edit independently
• Proficient in CapCut or similar editing software
• Organised, reliable and deadline-driven
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
• Clear communicator
• Comfortable with content performance analysis and weekly reporting

• Experience in beauty, skincare or lifestyle content
• Basic Canva skills
• Photography or videography background
