Role Overview

Responsibilities
Produce engaging video, photo, and graphic content for social media platforms including You Tube, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and internal Learning Management System.
Manage multiple social media accounts, schedule posts, and respond to comments and messages.
Participate in campaigns spanning real estate, commercial developments, retail malls, and tenants.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team to develop effective marketing strategies.
Build community engagement through quality content and active social media presence.
Generate monthly reports to measure ROI and evaluate strategies.
Skills
Experience in video creation, photography, and graphic design.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content.
Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.
Good work ethic and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
Graphic Design Diploma or Degree / relevant qualification.
3+ years in a similar role.
