Container/Breakbulk Vessels Specialist (Up to R1.3m) Jobs in Johannesburg at M4PS (Pty) Ltd
Focused on all logistical arrangements for container vessel, breakbulk vessels and warehouses. Responsible for vendor management in Southern Africa, including selection, contract negotiation, SLA and relationship management.
· Work with the operational team in relation to the execution of booking and management of vessel space and inland transportation providers.
· Management of service provider KPIs and review performance.
· Continuous improvements in operations including new loading routes.
· Management reporting as required.
· Volume planning, warehouse safety stock planning, and warehouse delivery planning.
Education, Skills and Experience
At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role in container vessel, breakbulk vessels and warehousing
A relevant degree/diploma
