Job Summary:

As a member of the People Consulting team, focused on the Human Capital value chain and business performance, you will join a talented group of professionals that help support and improve businesses through their various types of transformation. This could include work such as the design and implementation of operating models and organisational structures, improvement ofprocess efficiency, management of people risks, total reward review, design and implementation, support of change efforts to help organisations successfully transition to their desired future state, and advising organisations on a range of challenges associated with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver quality client service, analyse complex problems and deliver insightful solutions.

Manage resources to deliver on project objectives.

Demonstrate technical competence in core Human Capital capabilities.

Stayup-to-datewith key technical and functional skills, as well as industry trends.

Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for major change initiatives.

Demonstrateleadershipabilities and coach junior team members.

Facilitatecollaborationamongst team members and promote aninclusiveworking environment.

Identify and manage potential issues and risks during client assignments.

Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities.

Support and lead engagement activities from planning through to implementation.

Remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

Be proactive and take initiative.

Adapt swiftly to changing situations.

Work in afast-paced environment.

Relevant professional experience, including previous consulting experience and/or experience in large-scale projects.

At least 4 to 5 years’ experience in core competency areas across the Human Capital value chain.
