Job summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, organizational development, andchange management. As a Manager in People Consulting, you will lead a team of consultants to deliverinnovative solutionsthat enhance organizational performance, driveemployee engagement, and foster a culture ofcontinuous improvement. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored strategies that align with their business objectives.

Duties and responsibilities:

Client Engagement:
Collaborate with global and local clients to understand their business strategies and identify people-related challenges.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels ofclient satisfaction.

Human Capital Strategy:
Shape and deliver business strategies that depend on human capital.
Provide expert advice on the Human Capital value chain, including Total Reward, Organisation Design,Change Management, Talent Management, HR Technology,Learning and Development, and Transactions.

Project Management:
Lead and manage multiple engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate withcross-functional teamsto deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

ThoughtLeadership:
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in human capital management.
Contribute to EY’s thoughtleadershipby publishing articles, whitepapers, and presenting at conferences.

TeamLeadership:
Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support for theirprofessional growth.
Foster acollaborativeandinclusiveteam environment.

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Prepare proposals and presentations to win new engagements.

Compliance and

Risk Management:
Ensure all consulting activities comply with EY’s policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with human capital projects.

You will be a key resource on business transformation projects. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, analyse complex problems and deliver insightful solutions, while also managing resources to deliver on the project objectives.
