Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on employee position (not subcontractor work) focused on framing, decks, and siding.
Responsibilities
- Install siding to residential and commercial buildings
- Perform construction-related repairs to siding, gutters, and other exterior/interior features
- Assist with general maintenance tasks and small construction projects
- Safely operate tools, ladders, and equipment on-site
- Tow a trailer and transport materials as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction with decks, siding, and framing
- Valid driver’s license and ability to tow a trailer
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of safety practices and procedures on job sites
