Cooper Construction & Development is expanding fast, and we’re building out our field leadership team to match. We’re looking for a seasoned Superintendent who knows what it actually takes to run construction inside a live, occupied hospital environment. This isn’t “healthcare experience” in the general sense — we need someone who has personally managed ICRA protocols, interim life safety measures, infection control barriers, and the day-to-day discipline of building around active patient care without disrupting it. If you’ve done it, you know exactly what we’re talking about. If you haven’t, this role isn’t the right fit.
What you bring:
- Proven track record running projects inside active/occupied hospital or medical facility environments
- Deep working knowledge of ICRA, ILSM, and infection control compliance in a live clinical setting
- Strong subcontractor management, scheduling, and field leadership skills
- Based in South Florida — this role is not offering relocation, and we’re looking for someone already established in the local market
