Overview
The client is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations, safety, quality control, scheduling, and overall execution for complex government, federal, USACE, and NAVFAC construction projects.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of field leadership experience on federal or commercial jobsites
- Experience as a Superintendent overseeing complex construction projects
- Knowledge of safety protocols, field execution, quality control, and schedule management
- Willingness to travel 100%
- Proficiency with Procore, P6, and Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related technical field
- 10+ years of field leadership experience
- USACE/NAVFAC project and compliance experience
- SCIF or similar classified facility construction experience
- CPR/AED, OSHA 30, and CQM-C
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, safety programs, and quality control
- Lead scheduling, sequencing, and resource allocation
- Enforce state, federal, company, and military safety protocols
- Review labor reports and production metrics
- Execute quality control plans and coordinate inspections and testing
- Build productive relationships with project teams, trade partners, clients, and USACE/NAVFAC representatives
