Key Project Info:
The site is a Muslim mosque, and cultural sensitivity and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations, subcontractors, and workforce
Coordinate and manage project timelines and deliverables
Ensure health and safety compliance
Use construction tech/tools to streamline reporting, scheduling, and communication
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, suppliers, and professionals
Manage materials, budget, and site documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in building construction site management
Relevant diplomas, certifications, or courses (e.g. Construction Management, NHBRC registration, or SACPCMP)
Strong understanding of construction software/tools (e.g. Buildertrend, PlanRadar, Procore, etc.)
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight timelines
Based locally – no relocation offered
Nice to Have:
Experience on religious or culturally sensitive sites
Tech-forward mindset and comfort with digital reporting and tools
References from similar completed building projects
