The Construction Site Supervisor will report to the Senior Project Manager.
If you have 2 years of recent experience in the building industry which has been gained while working for a recognized company (not self-employed or consulting), and are looking for an opportunity to make a real impact, please take a look at the below details:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate new construction projects and facility upgrades.
Ensure adherence to architectural drawings and project specifications.
Supervise on-site contractors, ensuring quality and project timelines are met.
Ensure all projects are delivered to high standards, on time, and within scope.
Requirements:
2 years of recent, verifiable experience in the building and construction industry with a recognized company.
Matric and Building / Construction certification will be a bonus!
The ability to manage multiple projects independently under pressure.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and the ability to read architectural drawings.
Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans for effective team and client interaction.
Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
Willingness to travel nationally as required.
References from previous employers are essential.
