35 000 – R35 000 Monthly Cost To Company Well established Company is looking for 10 Junior Construction Project Managers to oversee various projects in Plattekloof, Cape Town.
Minimum requirements:
Must have at least two years + Construction Project Management experience.
Relevant degree would be an advantage.
JBCC 2018 Ed. 6.2 knowledge a MUST
Determine the cost of additional work which would be consistent with the pricing structure of the entire contract and would ensure that the employer is not exploited.
Strong administrative skills.
Strong leadership skills and able to delegate and take responsibility.
Good communication skills in English.
Computer literacy MS Office, Outlook, Word, Power Point.
