NOW HIRING – CONSTRUCTION LABORER/APARTMENT CONSTRUCTION CLEANUP
Willow Meadows Apartments is an exciting new 200-unit luxury apartment community currently under construction on 14 acres in Las Cruces, New Mexico, with a projected opening in Spring 2027.
As construction continues, our team is focused on creating a high-quality community while maintaining strong standards for cleanliness, organization, quality, and safety throughout the development process.
Position: Construction Laborer / Apartment Construction Cleanup
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to assist with cleaning and maintaining apartment units and common areas throughout the construction process.
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Position: Full-Time/Temporary
Job Responsibilities
- Clean apartment units during various stages of construction
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and remove construction dust
- Remove trash, cardboard, packaging, and construction debris
- Clean windows, cabinets, countertops, floors, fixtures, and appliances
- Prepare completed units for final inspections and move-in readiness
Qualifications
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance
- Able to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day
- Able to lift, carry, bend, stand, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Able to work safely around an active construction site
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Construction cleanup, housekeeping, or general labor experience is a plus
