A-1 Concrete Leveling seeks a Concrete Repair Technician to join their rapidly growing team in Buffalo, NY. As a Concrete Repair Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion of concrete leveling projects.

- Occasional prevailing wage projects offer state-mandated pay of $65+ per hour.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Perform miscellaneous labor including specialized grout mixing, caulking, drilling, and patching
- Educate customers on expected outcomes.
- Contribute to completion of concrete leveling projects from start to finish.
- Create specialty grout mixes on our proprietary pumping equipment.
- Ensure results meet quality standards and specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Be willing to learn from highly skilled technicians.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experience repairing passenger vehicles, diesel engines, or farm equipment (e.g., replacing spark plugs, changing oil, monitoring fluids) preferred
- Prior experience in a skilled trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC,) helpful.
- Experience working with concrete and/or caulking or working in construction is helpful. Demonstrated experience handling transactional customer interactions (providing customer education, collecting payments, service coordination, etc.) is a plus.
- Must possess a US driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- OSHA 10 or higher certification preferred.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Trainable and motivated to grow within the company.
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a bonus.
