Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Technical Support Specialist Jobs in Remote at Axiom

Job description: This is a full-time remote contractor position. The candidates are expected to work in the US Eastern time (9:00 a.m. Eastern time till 5:30 p.m. Eastern time) – for 40 hours per week.

Purpose: To be a knowledgeable, efficient and friendly resource for our customers. To ensure our software products are successfully used and our technical support and training exceed customer expectations.

Requirements: The ideal candidate would have the following experience or requirements:

IT Background including Windows HelpDesk
Mandatory – extensive experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
Demonstrating software products to prospects or training customers
Providing technical customer support
Strong problem-solving ability when addressing customer issues
Good ability to learn new products quickly and thoroughly
Documenting customer issues in a ticket system such as HelpDesk
Stable work history and professional appearance
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Delivering product demonstrations on time and to a good result

Training: Paid training will be provided on the products that you will be providing technical support for.
