Our platform ensures workers on-site have the right credentials, addressing critical issues like modern slavery, labor exploitation, and unqualified personnel. As we continue to scale, we’re seeking passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our Compliance Team in Cape Town.
What you’ll do:
– Audit new applicants on the PPAC system, ensuring they have the correct credentials to work in the chosen country and on-site.
– Verify documentation and compliance records to maintain the highest industry standards.
– Support user queries, assisting workers and site administrators with compliance-related concerns.
– Analyze customer behavior, providing insights to enhance the platform and improve user experience.
– Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve our compliance operations.
What we’re looking for:
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to review documents with accuracy.
– A passion for compliance, regulations, and workforce integrity.
– Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
– Previous experience in compliance, auditing, or a regulatory role is a plus, but not required – we value the right attitude and willingness to learn!
