Our work is designed to help SMEs reduce risk and strengthen operational structure through clear, actionable systems.

Role Overview

This is a remote, commission-based sales development role focused on generating and qualifying SME clients for a paid compliance risk scan.

This is not a salaried position. You are paid strictly on performance.

You will be responsible for initiating conversations with business owners and guiding qualified prospects into a paid R1,500 compliance risk scan process.

Compensation

  • R300–R500 commission per paid R1,500 compliance risk scan generated
  • No base salary or fixed retainer
  • Earnings are fully performance-driven
  • Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage SME business owners via LinkedIn and WhatsApp
    • Initiate outbound conversations using provided messaging structure
    • Qualify business needs around compliance and operational risk exposure
    • Drive prospects toward booking and paying for the compliance risk scan
    • Maintain consistent outreach activity and follow-up discipline

    Requirements
