We’re seeking a Company Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration of our cleaning operations. You’ll be responsible for coordinating cleaners, confirming client bookings, updating records, and ensuring each job runs smoothly. You’ll act as a central point of contact between clients, staff, recruitment, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign cleaners and backup staff to bookings

  • Communicate with clients and cleaners to confirm schedules and updates

  • Monitor payments and maintain accurate records across systems

  • Manage changes, cancellations, and last-minute replacements

  • Track job progress and log outcomes, feedback, or complaints

  • Comfortable using Whats App and phone communication

  • Reliable laptop, internet, and quiet workspace
