Role Overview
This role is perfect for an ambitious freelance sales professional or business development consultant who’s driven by results and passionate about the creative industries. As a Commission-Based Sales Contractor, you’ll be the face of Pavana to new clients—consulting with prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting our services as the solution to their vision.
You’ll earn a percentage on every project you close, with performance bonuses for high-volume or high-ticket clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and close potential clients for branding, website, and design services.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitch to close.
Qualify leads and ensure project alignment with Pavana’s service offerings.
Collaborate with the design or project management team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Maintain CRM records or sales logs to track deal progress and commission status.
Represent Pavana professionally in both virtual meetings and written communication.
Build lasting relationships that result in repeat business and referrals.
What You’ll Earn
Commission-Based Pay:
Earn 15%–25% per project based on service tier and deal value.
No Income Cap:
The more you close, the more you earn—unlimited potential.
Performance Bonuses:
For monthly targets, recurring contracts, or referrals.
Ideal Candidate
Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in creative, marketing, or tech industries.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills—verbal and written.
Confidence in explaining creative services and breaking down project value.
Self-motivated, organized, and resilient in follow-ups.
Basic familiarity with branding, web, or digital marketing is a plus.
Comfortable with remote, flexible, and asynchronous work setups.
