A well-established automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Commercial Warranty Administrator to join their team in Nelspruit.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator within the automotive industry is essential.
  • Experience working with commercial vehicles/trucks will be advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of warranty claim processes and manufacturer requirements.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Computer literate with experience on dealership management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within required time frames.
  • Liaise with manufacturers regarding warranty approvals and queries.
  • Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor outstanding claims and follow up on payments.
  • Assist the service department with warranty-related matters.
