A well-established automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Commercial Warranty Administrator to join their team in Nelspruit.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator within the automotive industry is essential.
- Experience working with commercial vehicles/trucks will be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of warranty claim processes and manufacturer requirements.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Computer literate with experience on dealership management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within required time frames.
- Liaise with manufacturers regarding warranty approvals and queries.
- Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
- Monitor outstanding claims and follow up on payments.
- Assist the service department with warranty-related matters.
