Role Description The Commercial Tied Agent in Johannesburg is a full-time role responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. The role includes prospecting and generating leads, conducting needs analyses, preparing quotations, and presenting tailored non-life insurance solutions to commercial businesses. The agent will provide ongoing customer service, handle queries and policy changes, and ensure a high level of client retention and satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records, staying informed on industry developments, and collaborating with internal teams and intermediaries to support business growth. This is a hybrid role, primarily based in Johannesburg, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills.
- Organizational, time management, and administrative skills, with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant qualifications in line with FAIS/FSCA and DOFA
