Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Commercial Property Law.
Proven experience managing commercial property transactions.
Additional expertise in the following areas would be advantageous:
Business sales and purchases
Company / corporate law
Employment law
Agricultural and rural law
Strong communication, negotiation, and client care skills.
Ambitious, proactive, and a team player with a commitment to professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, leases, and acquisitions.
Providing clear and practical advice to clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Handling complex transactions and resolving legal issues promptly and efficiently.
Supporting the firm with any additional legal services in areas such as business transactions, corporate matters, or employment law, where applicable.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to the firm’s excellent reputation.
Assisting with the growth and development of the commercial property department.
