About the job
Broll Auctions and Sales is expanding its footprint in KwaZulu-Natal, and we’re looking for experienced commercial property brokers who know the market, understand the numbers and know how to get deals done.
MUST HAVES:
- Minimum 3 years’ proven commercial property brokerage experience
- An established KZN commercial property network
- A demonstrable track record of successful transactions
- Existing relationships with property owners, investors and buyers
- Strong understanding of commercial property valuations, leases and investment fundamentals
- Proven ability to source and secure mandates
- Proven business development and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
- Reside in KZN
- Comfortable working independently and being accountable for results
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you build business rather than wait for it
This is not an entry-level opportunity. We’re looking for established brokers who have the experience, network and track record to hit the ground running.
