A reputable consulting company is currently in search of a Commercial Project Manager to join their team in Johannesburg.
Requirements:
• BSc:
Construction Management
• Diploma:
Project Management
• Professionally registered with SACPCMP
• 10 years’ experience working on building developments
• Experience gained working on projects including commercial, high-rise, retail, office blocks
• Knowledge in the management of the JBCC, NEC forms of contracts
• Project planning – Management of time & cost on projects
• Management of quality and risk
• Management of financial reports for forecasting and results analysis
• Conduct project audits
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Projects
• Management and leadership qualities
