• Bachelor’s Degree in commerce (Essential)
• Post graduate qualification (Essential)
• Successful track record of strategy development and implementation
• 10+ experience in a senior management and/or commercial management role
• Experience in managing relationships with key clients
• Poultry value chain experience/understanding will be advantageous but not a pre-requisite
• Willingness to travel nationally and to work in a poultry farming environment
