Commercial Litigation Associate/ Senior Associate (Potchefstroom/North-west)
Our client, a Boutique Law firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their team. Their business is rapidly growing with a wide range of corporate clients based both nationally and internationally.
This is the ideal opportunity for a lawyer who wants to exchange the city life for the countryside but with the earning potential of living in the city.
The attorney will be responsible for the:
Litigation of commercial transactions;
Collections;
Enforcement of commercial contracts
Restraint of trade disputes;
Securities;
Claims relating to intellectual property;
Product Liability;
Building and engineering claims;
Requirements:
LLB; BA Law, BCom Law;
Admitted attorney;
1 – 5 years PQE
Remuneration: 100 % commission
