Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and support on commercial insurance policies and products
Handle underwriting, renewals, policy amendments, and client queries efficiently
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures
Meet performance and customer satisfaction targets within a dynamicteam environment
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in commercial short-term insurance
Matric (Grade 12) mandatory
Short-term insurance course/certificate or FAIS compliance advantageous
Fluent in Afrikaans (spoken and written) not race-specific
Excellent client service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, structured environment
